Hi! I finally found it! You can download the file here (http://mercenarios.org/downloads/coduo/zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz_defaults.pk3 http://mercenarios.org/downloads/coduo/z_ahz_vehicles.pk3). If you need a mod folder, it’s better, otherwise you might get an error. Files that aren’t original to the game shouldn’t go in the UO folder.
I recommend putting the z_ahz_vehicles.pk3 and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz_defaults.pk3 files in the mod folder to avoid download loops.

P.S.: Inside the .pk3 file in the vehicles folder is the .mp file for each vehicle. Everything can be changed from those files. maxSpeed18accel12.55 etc.
